I finally made it to a Hoboken coffee shop. After weeks of planning and praying for no rain, I reached my destination. I am getting closer and closer to crossing that bridge; but, before I could do that I had to stop at Jefferson's Coffee.
Placed conveniently across the street from Shop Rite, it is the perfect place to grab a coffee to accompany you while running errands. Nothing fuels grocery shopping better than a cold glass of caffeine filled coffee. I stopped in and grabbed an iced latte which was perfect for the hot weather. Their coffee guarantees a wonderful flavor that is perfectly balanced with the presence of milk. It is an all around great cup of coffee. It was so good I grabbed a bag to bring home with me. I also appreciate their environmental awareness exhibited through their use of paper straws.
The first thing I noticed when I arrived there was how quiet it was. Every one of the tables against the wall was occupied by a millennial with a laptop and headphones busy at work. This was on a Sunday. It looked like something out of a commercial advertising what it is like living in Hoboken. The demographic they cater to matches the surrounding area to a tee.
I know that I will be visiting Jefferson's Coffee again. There are so many other drinks to try and a whole additional location I have yet to explore.
See you soon Jefferson's!
