I figured the first Brew-view should be about my home coffee shop. Every caffeineholic has their go to place to get their fix and that is L'Arte for me.
The best part of L'Arte is definitely the people. The first time I walked in I was immediately greeted by a bubbly tall woman who I have come to know is named Anna. She has more energy in the morning than anyone I have ever met and it is definitely part of the experience. While I am trying to drag myself to work, she has a huge smile on her face and is ready to arm me with the iced coffee I need to survive my day.
Their iced coffee is hands down my personal favorite. They serve their own custom roast of coffee and they don't use ice cubes. They have replaced ice cubes with frozen coffee cubes instead. I KNOW!!! GENIUS! While I do drive 20 minutes out of the way to get L'Arte before work ( don't judge me, it's that good), it keeps my iced coffee from getting watered down. It's truly a brilliant solution to a problem you never knew you had.
While I am usually in a rush for work, L'Arte is also a great place to sit down and enjoy coffee or one of their delicious desserts. They are an Italian bakery, so leaving without a dessert is practically a sin! With several tables, each simply decorated flowers, it makes a great place for grabbing a cup with friends or colleagues.
